The 12 Traits of the Greats
Personally I love how the author write about the traits, especially relationship, focus, wisdom and generosity. I could argue that there is one more trait a "great" person should have: humility.
But then again, not all great people are humble, do they?
Other than that, this book was excellent and worth reading.
